The “Insufficient funds” error may result from the following:
- The desired withdrawal amount is greater than your balance amount.
- Your funds are being held in the Spot account. You will need to transfer them to the Wallet account to be able to complete the withdrawal.
- You may be trying to withdraw an amount that has more than eight digits after the decimal point. If you do, please limit the withdrawal amount to eight digits after the decimal point or the system will be unable to process it.
