The transaction hash should appear almost instantly after you initiate and confirm your withdrawal.
If, however, it is still missing after a few minutes, please check the current withdrawal performance speed on our System Monitor page.
If your withdrawal remains pending longer than the average time specified in the System Monitor, you can cancel this withdrawal by clicking the red cross icon on your Account page, the “Latest transactions” section:
Try to initiate a withdrawal again, and, if the problem persists, please report the issue to our Support Team using this form: My withdrawal remains pending.
