It appears that you have enough cryptocurrency to perform a particular trade, but your order is being rejected. There are two potential reasons for this:
- You haven't transferred the necessary amount of funds to your spot account.
Please check your balance on the Account page. If your Spot balance equals zero, you will not be able to trade, even if your Wallet balance is positive. Please make a transfer from the wallet account to the spot account by hitting the “Transfer” button. - Once this order is placed you will not have sufficient funds to pay the trading fee. You can find your current trading fee rates on this page.
To give you an example, you have 1 ETH in your account and you're trying to buy 1 ETH worth of a particular token. This means that you will actually need to pay out 1 ETH + the trading fee of 0.01 ETH, which is 0.01 ETH more than you have in your account. Try to specify a smaller amount of ETH to be spent on the trade. If you’d like, you can learn more about how our fees are calculated.
Note: When trading low-priced coins, you may occasionally see a warning that the estimated fee greatly exceeds the declared fee rate. Sometimes it can be up to 10% of the order amount. Don’t worry, you won't have to pay that much. What you see is the worst-case scenario. Although it is highly unlikely to happen in real life, the HitBTC engine has to calculate the fee and display it to you.
